If you own an Apple Mac and want information on how to work with Garmin software, you will find the Garmin link below helpful; especially the reference to 'project Bobcat.'
Steve Nuns offered us the link - go here - and also posted some useful suggestions on how to use Bobcat and Garmap mapsets - go here.
Please remember though that the local Garmin agent - Avnic Trading - has not yet officially released fully compatiable software for the Mac range, neither do they at this stage offer support for Bobcat.
